In this session we will begin with some terminology. It will be a lot of terms for things that are perhaps not very difficult, but the term used in statistics might be unfamiliar for you.
In the first segment (S01E01) we will discuss what statistics is, and the difference between inferential and descriptive statistics. In the second segment (S01E02) various terms about data in general are discussed and in the last segment (S01E03-6) the measurement levels are explained.
All the terms that are being discussed in this session will often come back in future sessions.
